Cancelation Policy:
​You will need to enter your card to book your session but it will not be charged until you visit the spa. To cancel or reschedule your session please allow at least 24 hours notice for a full refund.
If you are not able to make your session for any reason including illness, with less than 24 hours notice your card will be charged for 50% of the session fee.
No shows are charged 100% of the service fee.

Refunds:
We regret to inform you that we are unable to give refunds after a service has been provided.

We will make every effort to make sure our guests are happy. Please be sure to communicate with the online form, during check in or the preservice consultation and throughout the service about any requests or preferences you have with your service provider.
You may also ask to speak to the manager while you are at the spa.
