Service Description
Infrared Sauna Therapy Experience deep, targeted heat that penetrates the skin to deliver powerful heat-therapy benefits in less time than a traditional sauna. Our infrared lamps work to: Boost circulation Soothe sore or tight muscles Support chronic pain relief Reduce oxidative stress Promote relaxation and better sleep Ideal for post-workout recovery, stress relief, or simply giving your body a healing reset. Please note: Our sauna is semi-private. For comfort, we recommend bringing swimwear or light, breathable clothing to wear during your session.
Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to make your session for any reason including illness, with less than 24 hours notice your card will be charged for 50% of the session fee.
