Cancellation Policy

Your card must be entered to book your session but it will not be charged until you visit the spa. To cancel or reschedule your session please allow at least 24 hours notice for a refund. If you are not able to make your session for any reason including illness, with less than 24 hours notice your card will be charged for 50% of the session fee.
